HerbaTherapy Spiritus essential oil blend – Fresh, minty fragrance composition, 20 ml

A fresh, minty essential oil blend that supports breathing, developed specifically for the challenges of winter and for productive coughs. The selected essential oils specifically help easier breathing, cleanse the air, and create a calming, cooling atmosphere. For ages 6 and up.

Effects of the ingredients: eucalyptus (Eucalyptus radiata) – rich in cineole, a milder yet effective airway cleanser; peppermint – refreshing, cooling, relieves nasal congestion; camphor tree (ravintsara chemotype) – known for its respiratory and antiviral support; star anise – sweetish aroma with natural anethole content, for soothing the airways; Scots pine – balsamic, resinous, known for its expectorant and disinfecting effects.

Application: in a diffuser 6–8 drops per 100 ml of water, 2–3 times a day; in an evaporator filled with water, a few drops; inhalation over hot steam max. 2 drops once a day – for adults only.

Important: not recommended for children under 6, pregnant women or people with epilepsy. Internal use of essential oils is not recommended – safe only for evaporation, diffusers, inhalation or external massage.
